Winter's Veil
60 episode · 60/60 tập
Nestled in a snow-covered valley, the isolated town of Frostwood is no stranger to mystery. When four strangers receive an invitation to attend the reading of Eleanor Winters' will, none of them can guess how their lives are about to change. Eleanor, the reclusive owner of the town's only bed and breakfast, has left the inn to this group on one peculiar condition: they must live together in the vast, winter-worn guesthouse for three weeks. If anyone leaves before the time is up, the inheritance will be forfeited. Lila Monroe, owner of a struggling bookshop, hopes the inheritance will help her escape the shadows of her past. Alex Reed, a disillusioned journalist, sees a chance to expose the mysterious "death" of Eleanor. Jules Carter, a troubled artist, searches for inspiration while hiding deep insecurities about the future. Finally, Nina Winters, Eleanor's spirited niece, is determined to uncover the secrets of her aunt's life, and death. As the snow piles higher outside, tension inside the inn mounts. Each of them finds themselves caught in a web of old wounds, hidden motives and conflicts about to erupt. Their relationships are tested, and unexpected bonds form: while some find love, others nurse bitter resentment. The house itself seems alive, with eerie creaks and a chill draft leading them to sealed rooms, cryptic notes and long-buried secrets about Eleanor's life...
