The Maid's Secret Lover
62 episode · 62/62 tập
Gia Bảo Ortega is the sole heir to the Ortega family's multi-million-dollar fortune and estate. After his father's mysterious death, he has grown cold, withdrawn, and distant from everyone. The only person who can reach him and talk to him is Mai, the young maid in the house. To pull Gia Bảo out of his gloom, his powerful stepmother Khánh Linh Ortega forces him to meet a beautiful young woman named Thùy Linh Caster, hoping the two will quickly fall in love and marry, which would qualify Gia Bảo to inherit the estate under the will. But Khánh Linh's motives are anything but simple: she plans to use Thùy Linh as a pawn to gradually seize the family fortune, leaving everything to herself and her beloved son Nhật Nam Ortega, while 'graciously' granting Thùy Linh a small share of the inheritance.Things begin to go off course when Gia Bảo shows no interest in Thùy Linh at all. He refuses to engage with her and won't even speak to her, even though his stepmother forces them to share a room. Instead, Gia Bảo is increasingly drawn to Mai, the maid who quietly stays by his side. A special bond slowly forms between them, one that Khánh Linh absolutely refuses to allow to exist.Realizing her position is weakening, Thùy Linh decides to team up with Khánh Linh and fake a pregnancy. Without Gia Bảo knowing, Khánh Linh secretly drugs him, leading him and Thùy Linh to spend the night together. When the child is born, Gia Bảo is forced to 'take responsibility' and marry Thùy Linh. Yet in his heart, he still cannot let go of his deep feelings for Mai, who is suffering more and more hurt and oppression at the hands of his stepmother...
