Seven years ago, Emma became pregnant with Michael's child, but Rebecca, who secretly loved Michael, discovered it. Rebecca threatened Emma, and to protect the baby and Michael's career, Emma was forced to stage a scheme with an actor, deceive Michael, and quietly leave. Rebecca then stole the child Emma had given birth to, used the baby to win Michael's trust, and successfully married him. Seven years later, Michael has become a sensational rising star in the baseball world, wielding power in every aspect. At his new club, he meets Emma, who is working as a cleaner. Michael uses every means, from threats to temptation, to force Emma into becoming his close assistant. Through daily contact, their old feelings slowly reignite. Emma begins to suspect that Jerry, Michael's son, may be the child she lost years ago. At a contract signing ceremony, Michael publicly announces his divorce from Rebecca and confesses his feelings to Emma. Enraged, Rebecca slanders Emma, but at that very moment it is revealed that Jerry has leukemia. Emma volunteers for a bone marrow test to save Jerry, and the results match perfectly, confirming that Jerry is her biological son. The three of them are finally reunited as a family.
