Tran Thu Nguyet (Nguyet) comes from an ordinary family. Her father, Mr. Tran Van Manh (Mr. Manh), runs a modest business. One day, when Nguyet returns home after work, she finds a man and several others standing in front of their house. The man seems quite powerful and appears angry with Nguyet's father. Before she can get a good look at his face, he leaves. The very next night, Nguyet is kidnapped without any warning. Mr. Manh realizes that Nguyen Hoang Phuc (Phuc), a business tycoon, is behind everything. He kidnapped his daughter when he failed to persuade Mr. Manh to complete a task. When Nguyet's grandmother, Sophie, notices one day that Nguyet has been crying constantly, she takes her into her villa. Nguyet is astonished when she sees Phuc's photo for the first time that day. It turns out Phuc was her boyfriend back in college. One day, however, he vanished without a trace. Nguyet then observes Phuc carefully. She learns that an accident a few years ago caused him to lose his memory. At this point, she begins to love Phuc even more. Phuc grows angry at her efforts despite her wholehearted attempts. Will Nguyet ultimately help Phuc regain his memories, or will her efforts backfire?
