In her previous life, struggling actress Tran Bao Anh was framed by Hollywood star Le Manh Dung and had her career destroyed. Reborn one day before her life collapses, she secretly records Le Manh Dung confessing his plan to leak private photos to smear her and use hush money to silence his victims. She teams up with 19-year-old intern Luu Cam Thi, who was abused and threatened with the deportation of her immigrant parents. Despite Le Manh Dung's efforts to blacklist her from the entertainment industry, Tran Bao Anh wins the lead role in Shallow Grave thanks to her outstanding performance. She then allies with Nguyen Mai Phuong, Le Manh Dung's former PR head whom he fired, to gather solid evidence of years of hush money payments and a script stolen from a deceased screenwriter. Facing a smear campaign and a $500,000 blackmail demand, Tran Bao Anh gathers every piece of evidence to strike back. Her film is selected for Cannes, earning her wide recognition in the industry.
