Diệp Ngôn's father, Diệp Hồng, was also a general in the north, but when Diệp Ngôn was ten, the Diệp family was massacred overnight by the foreign force known as 'Black Bear'. The little girl Dao Dao pulled Diệp Ngôn out from the pile of corpses. Diệp Ngôn never stopped gathering strength, waiting for revenge. The 'Burning Heart' project was launched with his support, aimed at long-range combat, but Chu Thần unexpectedly implanted it into human bodies to create super soldiers.
