The Boyfriend I Never Had
40 episode · 40/40 tập
Micah has secretly loved his roommate Gavin for two years, but Gavin never returned it. After a car crash, Gavin's memory is scrambled—he firmly believes Micah is his boyfriend and even "remembers" a year of dating. Micah knows those memories are false, yet clings to the tenderness he never had. Once Gavin recovers, Micah moves out and refuses help. Gavin finally admits he had secretly loved Micah for two years before the accident, and his "memories" mixed real longing with fantasy. They confirm their relationship, Gavin publicly rejects his father's money, and Micah learns to stop treating himself as an outsider. Years later, Gavin still climbs into his bed every night, saying he can't sleep without him.
