She Claims to Be the Horse Tycoon's Daughter
44 episode · 44/44 tập
At Kentucky horse tycoon Hank’s 62nd birthday feast, a muddy woman crashes the party on a white horse and declares she is his long-lost daughter Tess, missing for three years. Secret DNA results shock Hank: neither this intruder nor the daughter living under his roof shares his blood. Three years ago, real Tess was stuffed into a sack and dumped in the river by her husband Wade. Saved by a boatman and an elderly riverside couple, Tess spent three years laying a trap. She arranged for stand-in Nell to enter the household to guard Hank, leaked news of an upcoming will, pushing Wade to bring out another surgically altered imposter. At the will-signing banquet, she asks three public questions, reveals herself riding in with the boatman as court witness. The villain Wade is imprisoned. The loyal stand-in gains the family surname, and the horse vet proposes. On Hank’s birthday the next year, two horses approach side by side — both girls are his daughters now.
