1. The service

DramaGenix is an aggregation service for finding and watching publicly released short dramas. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

2. Content and intellectual property

Videos, images, titles and descriptions belong to their respective rights holders. We claim no ownership of third-party content and remove content upon a valid notice under our Copyright policy.

The DramaGenix interface, code, logo and arrangement are ours.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Download, copy, redistribute or commercially exploit content beyond personal viewing
• Interfere with the service, scrape it at scale, circumvent protections or forge requests
• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that content is always available, accurate, uninterrupted or error-free; third-party sources may stop working at any time.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

6. Third-party links

The service may contain links or embedded content from third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for those sites.

7. Termination

We may block users who violate these terms without notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are settled by the competent courts of Vietnam unless the law of your place of residence provides otherwise.
