Harvest of Blood
26 episode · 26/26 tập
Ly Van The, a former elite agent of the National Intelligence Bureau suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, lives under an assumed name in a small town, farming peacefully with his daughter Chung Thi Kim. The local criminal syndicate, the Pham Family, covets his farmland. To force Ly Van The to submit, Pham Hoang Quang, the family's young heir, kidnaps the 17-year-old Chung Thi Kim and tortures her to death. Having lost his only emotional anchor, Ly Van The sets aside all restraint, digs up the weapons cache he buried a decade ago, and storms the Pham Family estate alone to take revenge. High-ranking officials in the police, the city government, and the National Intelligence Bureau know his terrifying combat ability from his past. They order the immediate evacuation of the entire city and step aside, letting him eliminate the entire criminal family in a brutal, bloody reckoning. Woven around paternal bonds, trauma, a web of corrupt power, and unrestrained vengeance, the story interlaces the ghosts of past killings with the despair and mutual destruction of the present, unleashing an unstoppable bloodbath.
