Copyright Policy (DMCA)
Dikemas kini: 2026-11-03
DramaGenix respects intellectual property and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. §512) and Vietnamese intellectual property law. If you are a rights holder (or an authorised agent) and believe content shown on DramaGenix infringes your rights, send a notice as described below. Valid notices are handled as fast as possible, usually within 1–3 business days.
1. Sending a takedown notice
Email dmca@dramagenix.com with the subject "DMCA Takedown" and the following required elements:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (title, episode numbers, registration number if any)
- The exact URL(s) on DramaGenix of the allegedly infringing material — one URL per episode/page, so we can locate it
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number and email
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf
2. What we do with a notice
Material identified in a valid notice is removed or access to it disabled; the corresponding source is excluded from our system so it does not reappear on data refresh. We keep a copy of the notice and may forward it to the party that supplied the material, if identifiable.
Notices missing required elements may not be processed; we will reply so you can complete them.
3. Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@dramagenix.com containing: your signature; identification of the removed material and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake; your name, address and telephone number; and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which DramaGenix may be found) and acceptance of service from the original complainant.
We forward valid counter-notices to the complainant; unless they notify us within 10–14 business days that they have filed a court action, the material may be restored.
4. Repeat infringers
We terminate or permanently block sources/content associated with parties identified as repeat infringers.
5. Please note
Knowingly misrepresenting information in a notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability (17 U.S.C. §512(f)). Consider seeking legal advice before sending.
Non-copyright matters (privacy, defamation) should go to contact@dramagenix.com.
