Privacy & Cookie Policy

1. Data we process

Technical logs: IP address, time of access, requested page, browser type — recorded automatically by our infrastructure (Cloudflare) to operate the service, prevent abuse and produce aggregate statistics; kept for up to 30 days.

Aggregate counters: views and "likes" per title are counted anonymously (not linked to a person).

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or any identifying information to watch.

2. Cookies and on-device storage

Strictly necessary cookie: `lang` — remembers the language you chose (12 months).

Local storage (localStorage/sessionStorage) in your browser: resume position per episode, titles you "liked", whether you dismissed the cookie notice. This stays on your device, is not sent to our servers as an identifier and can be removed by clearing site data.

We use no third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If advertising or analytics are added later, this policy will be updated and the cookie banner will offer a choice.

3. Third parties

Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, attack protection) processes technical data under Cloudflare's policies.

Video is delivered from the original publisher's servers or through our relay; while loading, your browser may connect directly to those servers.

4. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe we hold such data, contact us to have it removed.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of personal data (if any) at contact@dramagenix.com. Because we store almost no personal data, most requests can be fulfilled by clearing cookies and site data in your browser.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; a new version takes effect when posted with the updated date at the top of the page.
